Pioneer Circle Annual Family Camp!
You are invited to take part in the Circle A Summit 2025, a unique, all-inclusive gathering of leaders and trailblazers on a mission to resource the rising generation of Pioneers. This isn't your typical summer camp—it's a distinctive adventure designed for families who want to flourish together.
Our aim is to provide an elevated camp experience in a breathtaking natural environment, allowing every individual an opportunity for adventure, reflection, growth, and relationship building. Our curriculum is designed to prepare our rising generation and the families who support them to live well through the change of an era. We will discuss topics such as virtue, connection, stewardship, and purpose, all with an aim of movement towards wholeness.
At the Summit, we integrate classic summer camp activities with innovative formats, strategies, and environments for learning. Attendees will enjoy high ropes, ziplining, basketball, volleyball, archery, hiking, campfires, putt-putt, gaga ball, mountain biking, swimming, and so much more! Our intention remains to create a nurturing space for the Circle of God’s Agape love, where everyone is embraced, included, and cherished. Within this environment, we hold the belief that, collectively and individually, we can become all that God created us to be.

Who:
Our family camp format provides a unique opportunity for everyone to get the most out of their Summit experience. We have two parallel programs at the Summit to serve the needs our attendees. Our Youth Program is open for pioneers ages 8-18 and will consist of incredible activities, dynamic speakers, age-appropriate discussion groups, and consistent supervision by our Leadership team. The Adult Program will have a tailored seminar experience hosted by a team of incredible speakers and Open Forum group discussions led by our Circle A Summit mentors!
If you would like to send your pioneers without a parent attending, we do welcome them to attend with friends or family members who can serve as their guardian while at the Summit! Pioneers attending without a parent will still be able to fully enjoy everything our Summit has to offer, and the guardian accompanying them will be able to fully participate in our adult program.
If you have children younger than 8 years old and you would like to bring them to the Summit, please contact our Director, Melody Farrell, to discuss the options for younger attendees.
